I’m Brian Valdez, a multidisciplinary Product Designer based in Portland, OR with 15+ years of experience across UX, UI, graphic design, and digital product design. I specialize in user research, design systems, and building human-centered experiences that simplify complexity and drive real-world impact.
My work spans digital and print, with over 7+ years focused on UX/UI and product design—leveraging scalable design systems and end-to-end product thinking to create intuitive, high-performing solutions across eCommerce, branding, sports, fitness, and health. I’m constantly evolving with the industry—applying the latest tools, trends, and methodologies to deliver meaningful, user-driven outcomes.
Beyond design, I’m a co-owner of Slurp Media, a digital agency focused on social media marketing, influencer strategy, branding, UX research, photography, and video production—helping brands grow through creative storytelling and performance-driven content.
Outside of design, I’m an avid runner and golfer, and a part-time Realtor® in the Portland Metro area—bringing a unique blend of design thinking, lifestyle insight, and market expertise into everything I do.
